Hi, My computer is having a pretty serious problem here:

My WindowsXP Home edition won't start properly because it
kept rebooting in the "welcome" screen. It goes over the
the following steps everytime I turn on my computer:

"turn on the computer" ---> "start loading WindowsXP"
---> "welcome screen" (the screen where XP displays the
user accounts) ---> automatic reboot (it took effect
instantly, therefore I think it looked more like a
computer crash)

Just like that, my computer kept rebooting and re-loading,
and reboot again after the "welcome" screen. It's very
frustrating since WindowsXP don't start under DOS, and I
don't have a reboot floppy disk for WindowsXP.

I got the problem right after I finished installing the
lastest version of the Freedom Zero Knowledge software.
It's possibly caused by the overlappping of the software
since I didn't remove the original firewall and Freedom
software from my computer before the installation. Well,
that's only my own guess.

If anyone has any suggestion or even solution of the
problem, please replay E-mail me.

Thanks alot!

Sorry, no free email support. I think your assessment of the conflict is
probably accurate since the problem started right after you installed
this software. Can you get into Safe Mode? Start the computer and
repeatedly tap the F8 key. This should get you to a menu where you can
chose Safe Mode. If you can get into Safe Mode, then uninstall the
problem software or do a System Restore to before you installed the
software. If you can't get into Safe Mode, then do a Repair Install.
Here's a link to instructions for that:

If you need more help, please repost and include what you've already
done to troubleshoot.

Good luck,

Malke
