Help wanted - One Care Family Safety removal issue

Hey there, not sure if anyone here can help me. My girlfriend went and
installed this One Care Family Safety thing, ran into problems and attepnted
to uninstall it via add/remove programs. So now it's not showing up there
any more yet the program still runs and gets in the way of everyday tasks.
Trying to use the uninstall link in the Turn Off Family Safety dialog returns
an error that it can only be done for programs that are installed. Any
thoughts on how I can manually remove this thing? I find nothing in the
Microsoft KB or through Googling.

First try re-installing, and then attempt to remove it again properly through
Control Panel > Add/Remove, since she may not have used that standard removal
procedure. If that doesn't work, you could next try the Windows Installer
Clean-Up Utility here:
