HELP - VISTA - RE- INSTALLING OFFICE 2003

Hi - ALL,

Reference: Vista - Ultimate Operating System

I have re-installed my Office 97 but my Upgrade Office 2003 will not install.
After I enter the Office 2003 key code the system goes to the installation
screen add just sit there. Please advise, Your help is greatly appericated,

Does Office 97 work as expected on Vista, before you try the upgrade to
Office 2003?

Office versions earlier than 2000 are not supported in Vista.
Even Office 2000 and 2002 have issues. There might be a way
to install Office 2003 upgrade without first having to install
Office 97.
