help using themes in frontpage

I am trying to use a theme in frontpage. I follow the
help directions, but I only get the background and not the
cool banner and buttons. I need help.

The banner and button are only created on you page after you open a FP Web and
- create a Navigation View
(View Navigation and drag your pages from Folder list to under your home page)
- create a Nav Bar or Page banner
(Insert Navigation bar or Page banner)
- or apply shared borders w/ navigation (Format Shared Borders)
