HELP: User has me locked out ADMINISTRATOR

I am the Admin of a company and I have a user that thinks he is a computer guru.
I can't get to his pc remotely.
I set his pc up and everything will be fine but few days later I can't get in again.
I've tried Admin Share and I've tried VNC.
We also have a remote product caled NetOps and no luck there either.
Is there something in registry that he is changing?
Any help is appreciated.

Does he have admin privs on his unit? If not, I would 'set up' his unit and
then remove all privileges. Set it up so all he can do is access his info
but not be able to change anything. If he does have admin privs, take them
away!
