Help! Unrecognized process on XP

I noticed an unrecognized process running on certain machines. It is called
sysproesor.exe
It appears in several areas of the registry and in the system folder. It
also runs at start up.

Also, when I installed XP SP2 the firewall blocked the process. I've
searched various sites to determine if the process is a bad one but have had
no luck.

Does anyone know what this process is?
