I am trying to copy a form created in Word 2003 into Excel 2003 without
linking because I would like to place the Form Fields into cells all by
themselves. Once the Form in Word is copied into Excel, I would like to use
information from another worksheet to place into each of the Form Fields. Can
this be accomplished?

This is a question for the Excel forum - however, while you can probably
create a worksheet in Excel that looks like the Word form, that would be the
extent of the similarity between these two formats.
