HELP!! Trouble w/ IE Advice needed!!!

While navigating through the www.upenn.edu website, each
time I attempted to get access to the job postings I got
the following IE message...
"Close all of your browser windows and try to enter the
site again. You are most likely attempting an action in a
different window than the one used when you first entered
the site. If the problem continues, please type the URL
directly into your browser's address bar."

I have tried every which way to enter the site, but still
I get this message. Anyone have a clue about this problem?
I would really appreciate the advice. Thanks.

Look for virus and parasites on your computer.

This may be caused by a third-party program (adware, spyware, parasite).
Get AdAware and SpyBot and run them both. Keep them up to date.
