help to understand `windows task manager`

My PC seems to be running slightly slow, I have done virus
checks/Spybot/cleaned out temp files caches cookies etc/ defrag.
Now checking `windows task manager` to see what is running, to be honest I
done know what all the items are that are listed as running however this is
the information at the bottom of the page, when all programmes are closed
except for whatever runs at `boot up`. Does this look ok as again I havent a
clue what it means. Under performance the CPU goes to 100% usage if I print
something.

You should add another 256mb of ram to your system. XP will be happier
and so will you.
