Help on Memory Leak !!

Hi , I'm runing Windows Xp Pro/DSL Connectio
Pent.III/875 MHZ/384 MB of Ra
System Property shows (384 MB of Ram)
But, Task manager shows(391 MB of Ram) !
When Windows starts, and before I open any thing, Task Manager shows the followings
-CPU usage 3
-PF usage 190 MB /921
-Totals / Handles 8934 / Threads 481/ Processes 3
-Commit Charge(K) /Total 194696 / Limit 944096/ Peak 27496
-Physical Memory(K) / Total 391644 / Available 149484 / System Cache 228656 !!
-Kernel Memory(K) /Total 49880 / Paged 41300 / None Paged 858

My question: Based on the above, Is there any Memory leaks??
If yes what shall i do to correct it

No, the apparent differences are that you get a slightly different value
when calculating memeory in KB vs MB. For example System Properties on
my machine says I have 512 MB but in Taskman it says I have 522228 KB.
It's the same amount of RAM calculated differently.
