Help! Theme Changes & Freezes

Recently purchased Plus! DME and Plus! When these were
installed everything seemed normal. Now it keeps reverting
to a "modified" theme instead of those of my choosing. I
have no choice of choosing "none" as a theme as I have in
previous installations.

It also hang up now when the computer is idle for a few
minutes. I have tried "apply" and ok to no avail. And
there doesn't seem to be anyone I can talk with about this
problem.

Also when it goes into hibernaion, it hangs.

Any hints? I've got a new compaq 3045.
