"HELP" The Following updates were not installed

HI,
I have just formatted my hdd and re installed Windows XP Pro. I have installed
SP2 and updated the system via Microsoft Update. However for some reason
"Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 2.0 (KB928365)" was not
installed. I have tried removing .NET Framework v2.0 and re booting the re
installing it. But this file just will not install. Can anyone help please.

May be not so much of help as the Update was installed (automatic) ok on my
machine, rather than point at some related posts / articles covering .NET
Framework 2.0 Security Update KB928365 problems:
