Help: Text, Image, and Video File Finder

Can anyone tell if there exists a app that finds *all* text
files(NotePad/WordPad) and/or image files(jpg, bmp, ect.) and/or video
files(Mpeg, Avi, ect.) on a hard drive?

I want to go through them and delete or transfer what I need to.

P.S: Something to find audio files would be nice also.

Find *.txt;*.doc;*.mpeg;*.avi

I was hoping someone can help me out.

Searching my PC doesn't bring up all the files, and my hard drive is
full no matter how much I delete.

Are there any third party apps that bring up all video and audio files?
