help system restore

On the System Restore Point calendar, click the left arrow block.

Start you pc depress the F8 key continuously until you get
the black scree and pick safe mode using the arrow keys
and enter key.

In safe mode, got to Start - Help and support -
performance and maintenance - Using system restore to undo
changes - run system restore wizard
