The Help and Support start menu option will not open on my XP system
computer. I found a patch in Kelly's Korner and did the download but it did
not fix this issue. Is there anotherr solution?

Did you enable it in services? Control panel--administrative tools --services.
Did you reboot after Kellys fix?

I hadn't done this but did just now. I chose "restart service" since it
said it was already running, but it still doesn't open.
