I have reloaded my XP Home to a new hard drive - everything appears to work
OK except that I cannot run the Help and Support feature and cannot run the
System Information from System Tools in Accessories?

Any ideas what I haven't done?

Why doesn't Help and Support work?

For msinfo go to http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_abc.htm, click on
"M" and scroll down to msinfo.
