Help & Support Screen loads when not needed

Whenever I press F1, windows Help and Support opens, even if I am in a game
or other fullscreen program. Is there any way to stop this as it is annoying
being pulled out of a game to see 8 help and support windows flashing at me.

My help screen come up without touching anything. It has to do with using an
external mouse on a notebook computer. In trying to find an answer, I ran
across a fix for your problem many times. Users accidentally hit the f1 key.
The fix was to reassign the function of that key. Sorry, I did not look for
the procedure to accomplish this. But, I know there are some people on this
NG that are highly qualified to give you the instructions.
