In Help & Support Centre under the heading of "did you know".

This used to connect at one time to Microsoft. Now it only says
When you are connected to the Internet, this area will display links to
timely help and support information. If you want to connect to the Internet
now, start the New Connection Wizard and see how to establish a Web
connection through an Internet service provider.

I'm on ADSL and are connected currently.

Win XP Pro

2 Pc's same problem.

Any answers?

This is a well-known problem, unfortunately. To the best of my knowledge,
Service Pack 2 (or possibly another of the updates offered on Windows
Update) had the unintended consequence of 'breaking' the Help and Support
Center in the way you have described.

Fortunately, the rest of H & S still works well. And the information you are
no longer able to access from "Did you know?" is not anything you'll miss.
