I had to install XP Pro on a new Hard drive everything went smooth but
now when i open Help & support it does not connect to the Internet to
update Have checked the Firewall to make sure that the program is
allowed to connect it is but I get the message "start the new
connection wizard to connect to an ISP" any help that can be offered is
gratefully appreciated

Open Control Panel - > Internet Options - > Advanced TAB - > HTTP 1.1
settings. Unselect Use HTTP 1.1 and Use HTTP 1.1 through proxy
connections. Select OK. Open Help and Support and Did You Know? will now
update.
