Help and Support Center not recognizing my internet connection

When I click onto the Help and Support Center, down where it says"Latest News", it says that I don't not have an internet connection and that I need to start to New Connection Wizard. But I already have and internet connection and in fact I am connected to the internet when this happens

Hi Paula,

To reinstall help and support

Copy and paste the following lines in a Start > Run prompt:

rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection
%systemroot%\inf\pchealth.inf

The routine will ask for the Windows XP CD, alternatively, try to
point it to the System32\dllcache folder and the
ServicePackFiles\i386 folder.

Or

Help and Support will not show "latest news" or display any knowledgebase
search results; it says "you are not connected to the internet" when you
are:

Do you have GetRight installed? go into getright options and UNCHECK "IE
6 click monitoring" and the above functions should return.

see here for more:
