HELP...Spy ware issues....please

I think i recently used a program called ad aware to kill
some spyware. I couldn't find the spy ware myself so i
used the program to find what was wrong and i deleted the
quaritine files by accident. Now when I try to get on
certain web sites like web based email sites like yahoo
mail or netscape mail, there is an error that pops up and
causes Internet Explorer to shut down. The error message
that i am getting is,
