HELP!!!RUNDLL Error loading c:\Progra~1\3721\helper.dll

Hi there, I got thie message:
RUNDLL Error loading c:\Progra~1\3721\helper.dll
The specific Module could not be found
everytime upon start up

I used Autorun(http://www.sysinternals.com/ntw2k/freeware/autoruns.shtml)and
the scan result is:

"helper.dll file not found program..."

is this what I need to delete to get rid off the Rundll error upon
start up??
anything else I need to do?? by the way wat is it?? is it a virus??
I am wondering if someone can help me thank!!!

Meg,

helper.dll, and the specific loading error are associated with
spy|adware. Best to download and install AdAware and Spybot.
Enable hidden files and folders and then scan the system to remove the
parasites.

Make sure you are online during the install of AdAware and Spybot.
During the latter stages of installation you will be offered an
oppurtunity to update them. Do so, then scan the system.
Choose the Perform full system scan option when using AdAware.
Have Spybot remove all entries marked in Red.
