Help!! Restore backup to 2003 Server

We will be installing SBS Server 2003 Server at our office. We are
currently running Windows 2000 Server. We backed up the hard drive to a
file on a portable hard drive using the backup included with the 2000 Server
software. We would like to use the restore in the backup software that
comes with SBS 2003 to restore our data.

Will this work?
