help required for account frequetly geting locked

Can some one give me a fix for frequent account lock out issue.

The account gets locked inspite of enterring correct user id and password .

A lil more info might be of use here..Is this a user account...Or a user account on a network..Or a user account on a website..???

I take it that this is a Windows account?? Also can you please remove your other post there is no need to post twice this willl dealy a reply on this problem and casue problems.

Thanks for the reply .This a user account on a network.the account gets locked every 5 to10 mins .

I have tried reseting the password , cleared password from IE and user credentials but no luck

Have you tried re creating the account to see if that corrects the issue, does it happen on all accounts? What Windows are you running on the network?

this happens only to few users at different times .

It windows xp .

Is there any other solution other than recreating the account
