Help req with advanced filter criteria

I would like to extract a range of records using 'advanced filter'
The range I would like to extract would be based on a numerical value ...
and the criteria is:
'Greater than or equal to' AND "Less than or equal to"
How do I enter this in the criteria range ?

Jimbo,

Since cells in the same row have an AND relationship (and cells in the same
row have an OR relationship), you'll need two columns for that particular
heading:

Heading1 Heading2 Heading2 Heading3
