Help! Register Problem

Suddenly, Microsoft Works is presenting me with
a "register now" pop-up window. I registered this product
2 years ago. When I tried to re-register, and went
looking for the serial number, I get an error message
telling me the End User License Agreement is missing and
I need to re-install. I re-installed and the error
message continue to come up that the EULA is missing and
I need to re-install; and when I use anything
(spreadsheet, e.g.) in Works, the "register now" pop-up
window shows up. How do I fix this?!!!!
