Help! Regional settings keep changing on their own.

I'm using WinXP Home SP2. My language toolbar is set to EN (English)
but several times per day, it changes to FR (French) on it's own. I
have all three tabs of Regional Settings set to US. I even disabled MS
Word's Detect Language Automatically. Still it reverts to FR every so
often, causing my keyboard to be remapped and other problems.

Can anyone help with this? How do I get it to stop and stay on EN?

Thanks,
Chuck

Hi ya, Chuck!

In regional settings, click the Languages tab. Click Details. In the
Settings tab click Key Settings. Be sure all the actions in the list
have "(None)" as the key sequence. If not, click the actionl, and then
click Change Key Sequence, and uncheck everything in the dialog box
then click OK. "(None)" should then appear as the key sequence. Do that
until they all appear as "(None)". OK all the way back out.

See ya on the diamond, Chuck.
