help question

I received an error (winword.exe) which locks up my computer at work. I then have to turn it off without shutting it down properly. How do I fix this error? I cannot use my word processor at this time until I get this error fixed

Try a detect & repair of word (depending on version - usually found in help
menu in newer versions) or reinstalling Office. If that doesn't work, I
suggest you post this to a Word newsgroup, including more details, as this
is a group for Windows 2000.
