Help! Problems with dual operating systems

Well I have a computer with XP media center 2005 and recently the TV
tuner stopped working. I then decided that it would be a good idea to
reinstall windows so I popped in the media center disk and started. I
come accross a few problems and then stopped the installation. Now
whenever I start the pc I get given the option of using windows xp
media center 2005 or windows xp professional. If I select media center
it loads up fine but if i select xp professional it just says that a
file cannot be found. So, how do I get rid of xp professional from this
screen or even how do i make media center the default os? BTW the tuner
started working again.

Probably the easiest way is to rt click on MyComputer>select
Properties>Advanced>Startup and Recovery-Settings>In the Default Operating
System Window select XP Media Center. Then change the Time to Display
Operating Systems from
30 to 5.

Another way to fix the problem is to rt click on my computer go to properties
then go to advanced click on edit startup options and delete the line that
references xp pro the easyist way is to edit the bot.ini file and rempve xp
pro.
