help! printing problems

I have 3 printers that all the sudden stopped printing on
our network. I found the operators changed passwords,
thats the only change. Event log 7001, 7026, all print
failures are event 61. Says a device attached to the
system is not functioning. Help one of these computer's
is my bosses!!
 
If you are not in a domain and users changed passwords, then those passwords
need to be changed on all computers that those user accounts are on or access will be
denied. --- Steve
