Help...Pressing C on the keyboard opens My Computer and pressing Dopens the Calculator...

We have Windows XP on one of our office laptops. For some reason out
of the blue any time we press C on the keyboard My Computer opens and
pressing D opens the Calculator program. No other keys open anything
else.

We've run a number of different virus scans, spyware programs,
HiJackThis etc and have found nothing. System Restore gives us a
"System Restore Incomplete" message each time.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

managed to fix it - two screws on the underside of the laptop needed
loosening a couple of turns.
