HELP pleeease - remove hidden data

Hi,

I have following problem: when I write for example something to cel
"IV65336" and then I remove it -> the size of file is much bigger an
sort is much slowly,... Can anybody help me remove this hidden data?
wan't use the rhtool from Microsoft, because then show me excel tha
the file should be read-only and absurdity messages. Technical suppor
of Microsoft in CZ is terrible!!!!

Pleeease help me.
