HELP!!! please

I have reinstalled Internet explorer severl times and
every ime there is automatically a content advisor
password. I cant break it and no one i know can tell me
what to do. i just need some help.

i know a way but its hell and you will lose a lot of info
do a format on your drive and reinstall all of your stuff
