Help please

I am new to WMM and everytime I capture video from my camera and play it back
it is extremely fuzzy. I want to fix it so that I can capture all of my son's
football games and make a VCD for his team. Also, which format do I save it
in to make a VCD that will play in DVD player. I do not have a DVD burner and
it would take to long to get one. Please help. Thank you.

Are you capturing in DV AVI format? If not you should. You would need a
firewire card and a cable to do so. This would get you best capture quality.

Which DVD player do you have? See if it may be able to play a miniDVD or
SVCD both of which are higher quality than a VCD and reside on a normal CD.

I have a Sony DCR-TRV260 NTSC. I tried to capture it to the DV AVI format but
it doesn't give me that option. If it's blurry in WMM, will it still be
blurry when I try to make a cd? What is a firewire wire card? What type of
cable? Thanks for all of your help. I have one more week before the football
banquet.

Check out the post "are all firewire cards created equal" for help on that.
I expect you captured by usb, which is useless for quality video.
Get a firewire card today and tomorrow you'll have good image quality
They are pci cards which plug into the inside of the pc.

Thank you very much. I will start looking for that post. Yes, I did capture
by usb. If you don't mind me asking, what exactly is a firewire card? I have
so much to learn about this stuff.

Sorry I've been away for a while. If you are not sorted just do an amazon
search for firewire card and see what they are, or pop into a local pc shop.
