I cannot get my CD Rom to work with xp....says my drive error code 39???
 
Hi Brian,

When you say "with XP" do you mean you upgraded from 98 and it worked
then... or it's brand new and you can't get it to work?

Who makes the CDRom and when do you see the error? When XP starts, when you
put in a cd? Or when you click on the drive?
