HELP PLEASE

I am trying to customize my startup. When I type
msconfig in run I get nothing...no box pops up. Can
someone Help!!!

Did you press Enter (or click OK) after typing msconfig?

After you type MSCONFIG did you hit Enter or click the OK button
The click the Startup tab and start unchecking. Try it again.
