Help Please!

I run xp home and when i start my computer on a cold boot
it restarts one time then finally it goes to the boot
screen. also, sometimes my cd burner doesnt get any power
to it. if you can help send me a email at

Sorry, no free tech support by email. It sounds like your power supply
is either dying and/or is inadequate for the job. Get a new, beefier
one.
