Help!!! Please

ok ive been having the same problem as kevin every time i tryed to get msn this would pop up "MSN Messenger setup has failed with error code: '1601'. Please go to the
MSN Messenger Web site and download the software from there." so i try putting in the code "%systemroot%system32msiexec.exe /regserver" in the run thing and then this started to pop up "cannot find 'C:windows\system32msiexec.exe'." Does anyone know what i can do to fix this id really appreciate it.

I think they mean to go to http://www.msn.com and download from there.Check to see if the program is installed in add/remove programs.It may need to be uninstalled and reinstalled.If I remember, reinstalling will fix any errors in this program without uninstalling.
