help please

i was just typing in an e-mail address when all of a sudden the screen
flipped round so everything is on its side and long ways and i dont know how
to fix it. The only way i can view screen properly is to turn monitor on its
side. Please tell me what to do .

Look under your display settings for a "Rotate" option. A lot of video
cards have this option.
