Help Please

Since installing SP2 I can not get full access to HP Certified Learning
center for certified pros. I can see the courses, sign up for courses but
will not let me start a course XP blocks the popup, I have disabled popup
blocker and if i uninstall sp2 it works fine.
 
extra toolbars, etc can be managed in SP2 on the IE, Tools menu, click "Manage AddOns"
 
yes I am aware of this the problem is that the link is a java script and sp2
will not let it run I have enabeled settings for java and lowered security
and downloaded other browsers still can not get it to work with sp2, also can
not login to hp partner portal with sp2 keeps telling me I can only have one
browser open as soon as i try to login when i uninstall sp2 the problems go
away.
