Help--Please, What steps do I need to take when I uninstall outlook 2003 and
install outlook 2007 in ultimate office 2007 so I will not loose all my
email, email accounts, email account settings, folders, contacts, email

No special steps needed. Uninstalling one version of Outlook and installing
another shouldn't affect that data. Make a backup copy of tyour PST to be
safe, however.

Thank you Brian--very enlightening. So if I have a full back up then all
these files should also be backed up already kewl. But i will run the export
feature just incase. So, the export of 2003 will work with import 2007?

NEVER use export/import to perform a backup. Ever! That's not what the
article I cited says to do, either.
