help please this is aggrivating

i am using the microsoft mx professional.
55274-OEM-0011903-00102
the problem is when i go to some web sites i get error
msg's and i get sent back to my desk top, i have already
spoken with dell, i have a new computer, and we already
re-installed the virtual thingy, here is a list of the
error msgs that i keep getting:
hs_err_pid312
pid1516
pid2468
pid2704
pid3160
pid524
pid2128
pid2636
pid2876
pid3704

please help with this matter, i dont want to keep going
back and doing a system restart everytime this occurs.

What is "microsoft mx professional"?
What is "the virtual thingy"?

Eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
