As the name refer to it is a memory problem, some applications/programs
didn't release the memory in timely fashion causing the Error to be thrown by
the system error reporting tools.
Also it could be the work of malwares, badly written application installed
on your system including third party toolbars installed beside Internet
explorer, do you have other toolbars installed try to uninstall them, memory
gone bad or loose in their slots/dust also can cause this.

1= Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced .

Click on General Tab (1st Tab on the left) and you will see a Button called
[ Clear History ..] click on it to clear your History caches, then click on
[Delete Files..] to delete Internet Files created over the time, click on [
Delete Cookies...] to delete your cookies left by visiting websites.

= Then try to Disable the Add-Ons on your Browser somehow installed on your
browser, On how to disable the Add-ons follow this:
Click on Programs Tab and then click the Manage Add-Ons Button there Disable
the None/Not Verified Plug-ins/Add-ons ( you can Renable them one-by-one
later and see which is the culprit or you can send them here in your next
post) and click [OK] to confirm your Changes.

Click on Advanced Tab and scroll down under the browsing option and uncheck
this box:
[&] Browsing
[ ] Enable Third-Party browser extensions (Req Rest) and click Apply
then OK to close your IE Properties.

Scan for malwares from here:

Hi Nass,

I've tried the first steps that you have suggested, with no fix. I tried
that boot disk memory check last night and it ran it's passes with no errors
( there is a lot there that I don't understand ) This is happening to the HP
laptop I bought over the weekend. I have the identical computer in a desktop
model and have the software installed on it with the same install disks, and
have no problem. though this problem is only an annoyance as it only appears
when I terminate the program and does not interfere with the operation of it.

Well, if you tried all and you still having problem try to look in the event
Viewer for any error that can shed some light on the causer of this memory
error msg.
Did you scanned for viruses and all clean?.
Try and download the process Explorer and see what lurking in the background
causing this error, it could be your Anti-Virus or any other application:

maybe you might try
to run msinfo32.

the menu option provides
"tools".

i recall, seeing some
fancy hexidecimal references
with error codes in the
dr.watson option.

might not be the resolution
you are needing, but maybe
an overlooked tool that might
be of some help...
