Help please! (services.exe)

I need help, everytime i start up my computer, an error
box pops up saying "windows cannot
find 'C:\windows\inetg\services.exe'. Make sure you typed
the name correctly, and then try again." after i click ok
on that, then this pops up "you could not load or
run 'C:\windows\inetg\services.exe' specified in the
registry. Make sure the file exists on your computer or
remove the reference to it in the registry."
