My company has requested me to transfer my Outlook to the company
server, so they can keep track of where I am easily.
Problem is, I also use Outlook for private information and I don't
want to give them access to this.
Hence, I wish to mark all current and past appointments in my Outlook
calendar as "private" and then uncheck the few company appointments,
in order to make these accessible to them. I don't want to run two
calendars - too complicated and I realise that the "private" flag is
not totally secure.
I've tried exporting my calendar to a .csv file, marking all records
as "True" in the Private field, and then reimporting, but the
appointments still don't come up as private. I'm not sure why this
doesn't work.
Any advice regarding a solution gratefully received.
