You can save a template with a header. When you create new documents based
on that template, those documents will have the header. You should _not_ put
a header in your normal.dot file.

You could make a simple macro with your header info and then add the macro to
your toolbar or, maybe better, choose a shortcut key when you initially make
the macro. That would be very fast. Need instructions? Be sure to answer
yes to prompt shown when you close Word down or your macro will not be there
next time you open Word.
