Help Please creating Lookup/Filter Macro

I have created a database for one group to key requests in and the back end
group to work the request.

The database is almost complete, however I am trying to do a "Lookup
Request" button/macro... That when clicked will pull up entered requests in
view only mode based upon teh search criteria entered.

The search criteria being used are unbound fields: Requestor Name, Request
ID, and Specialist. Fields are on both forms.

The first part is easy opening the form in view only so users can review a
request. But the second part I cannot figure out.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Oh I am using Access 2007, but it is in compatible mode with 2000. My
company is currently in progress of converting all users to 2007 but are not
complete yet.

Able to solve my own problem with assistance from coworker...

I ended up building a module, and had to point to the query versus the form
in order to get results.
