Help Please - Computer will not load up

When I turned my computer on this morning I was confronted with th
screen that says "safe mode" "last goo
configuration" "start windows normally" etc

i thought this was nothing out of the ordinary but when I chose a
option - it restarted and went back to that screen. i have tried al
the options but the same thing happens - it just goes to that men
screen

I have a Fujitsu Siemens Laptop and Windows XP Professiona

Any ideas? please try to keep it simple - i am almos
computer-illiterate

Hi,

When in this Safe Mode menu ...
When there is a choice to Disable Reboot at Fatal Errors, choose it !
Reboot.
In Safe Boot menu choose Boot Normally.
Now you might see the fatal error.
Post it's description, error code and assosiated file here.
