Help please..can't receive incoming email

Using Outlook 2003 on 3 month old laptop. Outlook has been working fine up
til now. I have two seperate email accounts, using two seperate servers. When
trying to receive email, I get the following message for both of them:
Receiving reported error (0x800CCC0F): "the connection to the server was
interrupted. If the problem continues, contact your server administrator or
ISP."

I should also be able to access these email accounts via webmail, but I
can't get into these either. I can however, access them on a different
computer. I have scanned for viruses (I use Trend Micro PC Cillin) and all
scans come up clean. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.

Do *any* messages get received when you do a send/receive? What happens
when you try to access the mail accounts via webmail?
