Help -- Picture files save as BMP files

Every time I save a picture file, it saves as a bmp file. I've already gone
to "Internet Options" and I've clicked on "Delete Files", but the problem
persists.
Is there a way to correct this?

Hi,
Try it again and delete offline content when that box pops up.
There are a couple of other possible fixes at
